Mendip transmitter switches to digital only starting on 24 March 2010
If your local news is BBC Points West then this will affect you.
BBC stations will switch on 24 March 2010.
Between 24 March and 7 April the ITV, C4 and FIVE channels will continue to be available as previously.
but BBC will only be available on Digital.
On 7th April ITV, and Channels Four and Five will switch and the analogue signal will be switched off.

If you receive ITV West Midlands or Midlands news your transmitter is Ridge Hill and this will convert in 2011.
